This is neither a variety show nor a summer camp.
This is the “Explore China” study tour co-organized by Xi’an International Studies University.
It is a field classroom that allows young people from China and abroad to truly understand China in a two-way effort.
2026 上半年，三期来华研学营顺利举办，汇聚 200 余名国际高校青年，覆盖法国、俄罗斯、突尼斯等多国。项目获 CGTN、新华社多语种跟踪报道。第四期现已正式启动招募，面向全球在校大学生开放中外结对席位，择优遴选，招满即止。
Three tours were held in the first half of 2026, bringing together over 200 international university students from countries including France, Russia and Tunisia. It received multilingual coverage from national TV channel CGTN and news agency Xinhua. The fourth tour has begun its recruitment, offering pairing opportunities between Chinese and international university students worldwide. Selection will be based on merits and will close once all slots are filled.

The students will also participate in international communication event “Global Youth Sing Chinese Songs Together” organized by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and XISU.

西安外国语大学教授全英文授课，搭配双语助教，国内学生与国际青年全程混合分组、同吃同住协作完成任务。
On-campus activities feature all-English instruction by professors of XISU, coupled with bilingual teaching assistants, and the group work of Chinese and international students who live, eat and study together to complete tasks.
研学结业统一颁发西外官方结业证书，留学申请、求职简历优质背景提升素材；表现突出可主动申请西外教授专属推荐信。
The participants will receive certificates from XISU upon completion, which will serve as valuable material for study abroad applications and job applications. Outstanding participants may apply for a personalized recommendation letter from a XISU professor.
研学期间中外搭档合唱产出的视频，可直接报送“全球青年共唱中文歌”文化活动，参与全网展播评选，获评者发放官方文化传播使者证书、文创奖品，国际传播经历直接写入个人履历。
Chinese and international partners can submit their singing video during the study tour to the “Global Youth Sing Chinese Songs Together” cultural event for online broadcast and judging. Award recipients will receive official cultural ambassador certificates as well as cultural and creative prizes, and the international communication experience will enrich their resumes.
2：名企 + 古迹双线研学，中外学生深度对话协作
2. A combination of renowned companies and historical sites, an in-depth dialogue with international partners
中外学生两两结对，全程结伴走访、共同完成文化分享、商业调研任务，每一站都是双向交流的绝佳机会：
Chinese and international students will be paired up to visit relevant sites together and jointly complete tasks of cultural sharing or business research, with each stop being an excellent opportunity for two-way exchange.
科技智造：华为西安研究所、比亚迪、隆基绿能，和海外同学共同向工程师提问，分组研讨中外新能源、数字科技发展差异。
Intelligent manufacturing: At Huawei Xi’an Research Institute, BYD and LONGi, the participants can ask engineers questions and participate in group discussions on the differences between China and other countries in the development of new energy and digital technology.
千年文脉：秦始皇陵、永乐宫元代壁画、大唐不夜城、非遗工坊，由你用中英文搭档讲解，向外国伙伴拆解中华历史、传统书画与民俗技艺。
Cultural heritage: At the Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site, Taoist temple complex Yongle Gong, pedestrian street of Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and intangible cultural heritage workshop, the Chinese students will explain Chinese history, traditional calligraphy and painting, and folk arts to foreign partners in both Chinese and English.
一边和国际好友碰撞商业思维，一边携手沉浸式感受东方文化，硬核产业见闻与人文体验一次性拉满，全程摆脱 “单向观光”，真正实现中外青年平等交流。
It allows the participants to exchange business ideas with international friends and immerse themselves in Chinese culture. Instead of “a one-way sightseeing”, it combines insights into hard tech with cultural experiences, truly enabling equal exchanges between Chinese and foreign youth.
3：独家重磅舞台：金莎同台合唱，直通省级国际歌唱活动
3. An exclusive stage to sing with Jinsha, a direct participation in international singing event
本次研学限定独家舞台体验，同时联动省级国际文化项目双重曝光：
The study tour offers two exclusive opportunities: a unique stage experience and a participation in international cultural project of Shaanxi province.
(1) 明星同台：知名歌手金莎亲临研学现场，所有中外学员共同排练、录制诗词改编中文歌曲，全员出镜拍摄研学官方 MV，和各国搭档并肩登台合唱，定格中外青年同唱中华诗词的珍贵画面。
Jin Sha, a renowned singer, will be present at the study tour. All Chinese and foreign students will rehearse and record Chinese songs adapted from ancient poems, and appear in the official music video of the study tour. It will be a precious sight to see partners from different countries taking the stage side by side and singing Chinese poems together.
(2) 直通官方活动：本次合唱作品可同步投稿 “丝路同歌，声声不息 —— 全球青年共唱中文歌”主题活动，同步在抖音、YouTube、TikTok 海内外全平台展播，参与人气、创意、舞台奖项评选，收获官方文化传播认证。你的声音和身影，将出现在官方MV中。
The choral work will be eligible for submission to the themed event “Global Youth Sing Chinese Songs Together”. It will be broadcast on Chinese and international platforms such as Douyin, YouTube and TikTok, be judged for popularity, creativity, and stage presence, and will receive official cultural communication certification. Your voice and image will appear in the official music video.

所有路线费用统一包含：西外教授全程英文授课、双语助教随行、全程食宿 + 当地交通、非遗文化体验课程、景点门票、企业参访体验费用。费用不含：往返机票大交通、个人保险及私人消费。
The fees cover all-English instruction by professors of XISU, the company of bilingual teaching assistants, accommodation and meals throughout the tour, local transportation, courses on intangible cultural heritage experience, attraction tickets and company visit fees. They do not include round-trip airfare, personal insurance and personal expenses.

Historical site visits: Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum, Xi’an Museum, Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Anrenfang Relics Exhibition Hall.

Participants will engage in a cross-provincial study tour to explore the Yellow River civilization with international partners.
First half in Xi’an, Shaanxi: themed lectures, visits to Shaanxi Archaeology Museum and Huawei Xi’an Research Institute.
Second half in Yuncheng, Shanxi: paired copying of Yuan Dynasty murals “Chaoyuan Tu” in Yongle Gong, visits to Xihoudu archeological site and Fengling Ferry Crossing.
Hiking: a boat tour from Dongzhai Wharf, then hiking in Gucheng National Wetland Park and Wangxian Grand Canyon.

Double official certification: In addition to a study tour completion certificate awarded by XISU, the participants can receive an electronic certificate as a cultural ambassador by submitting your excellent choral video to the “Global Youth Sing Chinese Songs Together” event. Outstanding participants may apply for a personalized recommendation letter from a XISU professor. These will serve as valuable material for study abroad applications and job applications.
