Notice on Arrangement of 2019 Summer Vacation

       1.根据学校以及学院工作安排，2019年暑假自7月13日（星期六）至8月28日（星期三）。2019年秋季学期，新生集中报名时间：8月29日—31日；老生集中报名时间9月1日—4日；报名地点：西安外国语大学雁塔校区汉学院留学生办公室5108。

       请2019年秋季学期新生，尽量避免在8月25日之前到校，以免签证过期.

       According to the school calendar of Xi’an International Studies University, the summer vacation is from Jul. 13rd (Saturday) to Aug. 28th (Wednesday). For the 2019 Fall Semester, the registration time of freshmen begin from Aug. 29th to Aug. 31st, and the current students should come to register from Sep. 1st to Sep. 4th. Registration place: 5108, International Students Office, School of Chinese Studies, Yanta Campus of Xi’an International Studies University.

       For the freshmen, please come to the university after Aug. 25th to avoid the expiration of your visa.

       2.暑假期间，留校留宿的留学生，请严格遵守公寓管理规定，留学生公寓严禁留宿外来人员，严禁通过非空调线路使用空调，做好防抢防盗防骗等措施。外出旅游的留学生，请注意人身安全和财产安全，在西安市区旅行最好随身携带护照复印件，离开西安需要随身携带护照原件。

       During the vacation, the international students, living in the student dormitory, should abide by the dormitory regulations. The dormitory is strictly off-limits to visitors. Please use the air-conditioner only through the particular power strip. Students should take relevant measures as precautions to prevent to be robbed, stolen and deceived. When travelling, students should pay great attention to personal and property safety. If travelling around Xi’an city, you’d better bring along with the copy of your passport; if out of Xi’an, please bring along with your passport.

       3.暑假期间学院每天安排有专门值班人员。如果有问题需要咨询或者有困难需要帮助，请及时联系值班老师。

       值班时间：星期一至星期日 上午9:00-11:00 下午3:00-5:00
