Accommodation

1.On-campus accommodation must be reserved online.

2. The reservation system is only open to students who have already received an official admission offer from XISU before the system opens.

3. The opening dates and operating instructions for the online reservation system will be sent in advance by email to eligible students (typically in early January and early July). Please note that students cannot log in to the system before the announced opening time. All times are based on Beijing Time (UTC+8).

4. Once the system opens, reservations can be made online. Rooms are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Eligible returning students staying on campus can renew their accommodation directly online during a specified period. Failure to pay the fees within the deadline will be deemed a waiver of priority status, and the room will be made available to all applicants.

6. Residents in on-campus accommodation must comply with the University's accommodation regulations.

7. Students who do not secure an on-campus room must arrange their own off-campus accommodation. (They are required to complete the Temporary Residence Registration for Foreign Nationals at the local police station with jurisdiction over their place of residence).

Communal Facilities: Kitchen (with refrigerator), laundry room (on each floor), etc.

Room Features: Private bathroom (shower and WC), air conditioning, 2 desks, 2 beds, 2 wardrobes, balcony, and internet (20 RMB/month). Any electricity usage exceeding the allocated quota shall be paid by the student (0.51 RMB/kWh). *Bedding not provided; students must bring their own.
