Chang'an Campus

★ Opening a Chinese bank account is essential, as Alipay and WeChat Pay require a linked Chinese bank card to function seamlessly. The following two banks have branches near the campus; students may choose based on their needs.

Please note:

1. Bank requirements vary. The Bank of China generally only processes applications from students with a study duration of six months or longer and who possess a valid residence permit. The University can assist by providing supporting documents, such as a certificate of enrolment.

2. The Bank of Xi'an accepts bank card applications from international students enrolled for fewer than six months. Required documents: passport, certificate of enrolment, residence permit, and a Chinese mobile phone number.

Bank of Xi'an (Balicun Sub-branch):

1/F, Huayin Building, No. 455 South Chang'an Road, Yanta District (Mon–Sat, 09:00–17:00)

Bank of China:

Xuefu Avenue Sub-branch: 1/F, Community Commercial Block, Building 25, Vanke City Runyuan (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00; Sat, 09:00–14:00)

Yinghua Square Sub-branch: 50 metres southeast of the intersection of North Wenyuan Road and 1st Yinghua Road, Chang'an District (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00; Sat, 09:00–14:00)

Chang'an Avenue Sub-branch: 1/F, Haotang, Chang'an District (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00)

Cainiao Courier Stations are conveniently located on both the Chang'an and Yanta Campuses, where students can send and receive parcels with ease. When shopping online, simply use the mailing address of your campus and your contact information. You can then effortlessly collect your package from the station using the shelf number sent to you via SMS.
