一、返校、报到国际学生范围

1.目前在境内的国际学生。

2.目前在韩国的韩国籍学生。

3.其他国家、地区国际学生暂不返校。

二、返校、报到时间及要求

1.目前在境内国际学生

      返校时间：8月29-9月4日

      返校要求：返校前应持有全国政务信息平台健康防疫码、健康二维码“绿码”，无健康证明或全国政务信息平台健康防疫码、健康二维码为“黄码”或“红码”的暂不返校。

      中高风险地区学生返校时需持有7天内核酸检测结果，后由学校统一安排集中留观14天，无异常情况后方可正常上课。

2.目前在韩国的韩国籍学生

      返校时间：8月29日-9月30日（老生、2020级新生）

      返校要求：返校前需根据中国驻韩国大使馆于8月4日发布的《关于办理学习、工作等签证的通知》的相关要求在韩进行相关检测。入境后执行“集中隔离+居家隔离”的“双14隔离”政策，其中居家隔离由学校统一安排。隔离期间，被隔离学生需至少进行1次核酸检测，隔离期满且检测结果为阴性方可入校上课。

1. International students currently in China

      Time: August 29-September 4

      Requirements: Before returning to school, you should hold the "Green Code" of the National Government Information Platform''''''''''''''''s Health and Anti-epidemic Code and the Health QR Code. Without a health certificate or the National Government Information Platform''''''''''''''''s Health and Anti-epidemic Code, the Health QR Code is "Yellow Code" or " "Red code" will not allowed to return to school temporarily.

      Students in high-risk areas must hold the nucleic acid test results within 7 days when they return to school, and then the school will arrange for a centralized observation for 14 days. Normal classes can be conducted after there are no abnormalities.

2. Korean students currently in South Korea.

      Time:August 29-September 30

      Requirements:Before returning to school, relevant tests must be carried out in South Korea in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Notice on Visa Application for Study, Work, etc." issued by the Chinese Embassy in South Korea on August 4. After entering China, the “Double 14 quarantine” policy of “centralized quarantine + home quarantine” is implemented, and home quarantine is arranged by the school. During the quarantine period, the quarantined students must undergo at least one nucleic acid test, and the quarantine period expires and the test result is negative before they can enter the school.
